Rebecca Easton's Novel Gets National Attention on The Doug Stephan Morning Show

Rebecca Easton has written, The Trophy Abyss, detailing her desperate struggle to overcome extreme circumstances and obtain the life, filled with balance and love.

DENVER, CO (PRWEB) January 17, 2004 -- Rebecca Easton has written, The Trophy Abyss, detailing her desperate struggle to overcome extreme circumstances and obtain the life, filled with balance and love.

Wednesday, December 14th, 2003—Easton came alive on the Doug Stephan morning show, in Boston. Easton uncovered the truth about the children, who come from suppressed backgrounds, and how those children have the power to turn their lives around, and not end their lives, with violence or resentment. Eastons novel, The Trophy Abyss, outlines the tragic circumstances, these children are faced with. Through recrimination of her colleagues and piers, Easton tells a story, so powerful, that readers are left, riveted, with the honesty and intensity in which the novel was written.

From extreme successes to immense failure, Easton is able to illustrate a story, through relationship dialog, that actually help readers feel like, theyre part of telling the story. In The Trophy Abyss, Easton chronicles the autobiographical story, of an emotional narrative of a young girls distressing struggle to escape from successions of manipulating and selfish people. The story is told through her main character, Beverly, who naively winds up in some horrific circumstances. Through intense determination and a strong will, Beverlys life takes dramatic turns into sub plots, sure to keep the reader engrossed.

As her character, Beverly, stumbles naively down a twisted path of self-destruction, trying desperately to survive her torturous fear, in a world void of love, she admits, I fell hook, line and sinker for the illusion that men would ‘take care of me. I wrote this novel as a process to uncover a simple truth that all young girls must face—If you allow someone to have control over your life, that someone will make your choices for you, and probably not in your best interest. I fell into the arms of unscrupulous men. They came to my rescue, but always for their own gain."

The Trophy Abyss, the first book of a trilogy, is the story about Rebecca Eastons fierce determination to overcome her fear of rejection and build her life on her talents and gifts. Next in the series, are Surrendering the Trophy and The Trophy Finale. The Trophy Abyss is available at Barnes and Noble Booksellers online, or www.Amazon.com. Copies can also be purchased through the publisher at www.PublishAmerica.com, You may contact the Rebecca Eastons web site for additional information about these novels at http://RebeccaEaston.com.
