KDPaine & Partners will host its second annual PR measurement conference at the New England Center Sept. 21-24. Due to demand, the conference has been expanded to four days. The call for papers is now open.

Durham, NH (SEO-PR) April 28, 2004 -- Public relations professionals, research experts and leading academics will once again gather in New Hampshire this fall to discuss whats new and whats to come in the field of PR measurement, research and evaluation. From September 21-24, 2004, the PR measurement consultancy, KDPaine & Partners, LLC will host its second annual Summit on the Future of Measurement, at the New England Center on the campus of the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH. The Summit will feature four days devoted exclusively to PR and Communications Accountability, according to CEO, Katie Delahaye Paine.

Due to popular demand, we have added a fourth day to The Measurement Summit that will be devoted to teaching attendees Measurement 101 (day one). Day two will cover public relations case studies of measurement successes and failures. Day three will feature the best experts in PR measurement discussing public relations trends, whats new and whats to come in communications research and evaluation. Day four will feature hands on sessions with some of the worlds top PR research professionals," Paine explained.

The first Summit, held in October of 2003, brought more than 60 of the best and brightest minds in measurement together to map the future of the field. We decided before the first conference ended, that this needed to be an annual affair," Paine said. Our goal was to attract equal representation from the four pillars of our industry: academia, public relations agencies, clients and research suppliers. We met the goal for every pillar but academia. So this year were excited to already have the Institute for Public Relations on board as a sponsor, which we hope will help spread the word throughout the PR research community. We hope to have twice as many academic papers this year and many more case histories."
