Search engine marketing firm @Web Site Publicity announced today its online public relations services to drive qualified traffic to client websites. The services include writing press releases, optimizing them to appear in relevant searches at Google News, Yahoo News and more, and distributing them by e-mail to an extensive opt-in list of journalists and editors.

The menu of PR services includes writing press releases, optimizing them so they are "findable" when people do searches at Google News, Yahoo News and other portals, and distributing the releases to these portals. In addition, releases are e-mailed to a network of thousands of journalists and editors who have opted-in to receive press releases in specific categories.

Search engines visit a website more frequently if the site offers new content regularly. When press releases are posted to a client's website, it helps the site achieve long-term traffic generation goals.

Link popularity is a critical component of high search engine rankings in the "organic" engines, such as Google. Since the search engine news feeds only keep press releases live for 30 days, it is recommended that clients issue a new press release monthly or more frequently as the introduction of new products, services, or other company news occurs.
