Mr. Hill worked at Oxford Health Plans for 17 years, most recently serving as the Chief Executive Officer. Kevin joined Oxford in 1989 as an Account Executive and was promoted to CEO of Oxford Health of New Jersey in 1994. There, he dramatically grew its membership from 5,000 to 400,000 and in 1998 was again promoted to Senior Vice President of Oxford Health's Sales and Account Management. In 2000, Kevin was named Executive Vice President with the added responsibilities of Marketing, Underwriting and Product Development. Upon Oxford's purchase by United Health Care in 2004, Kevin was named CEO of Oxford and United Healthcare Northeast, responsible for operations in Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
