"I created Campus Calm to empower high school and college students to be proactive about managing stress and to teach the real secrets to lifelong success and happiness," said Maria Pascucci, former college perfectionist, president and founder of Campus Calm and Campus Calm U. "Campus Calm University will transform the high school and college experience for students around the world."

According to a 2008 survey of college students conducted by the Center for Student Health and Life, more than 25 percent of college students say that they are doing either "poor" or "very poor" in managing stress. Similarly, the latest American College Health Association's assessment of college students revealed that the biggest life issue that students report affects their studies is stress.

The student association features a Campus Calm U member-only website with monthly audio coaching classes on topics such as stress, time and money management, twenty-something survival, careers, nutrition and how to take charge of your mental health. Members will also have access to bonus gifts, instant-message networking support and discounts on products and services courtesy of Campus Calm's Student Success and Happiness Experts.
