Pullman Bangkok Hotel Announces Opening of Déjà Vu Restaurant

Bangkok's newest luxury hotel, Pullman Bangkok Power King, has just added a new fine-dining establishment to its already formidable list of unique entertainment venues and restaurants.

Bangkok, Thailand (PRWEB) March 22, 2008 -- One of the most luxurious hotels in the Thai capital just got better after the opening of a high-class brasserie offering an eclectic range of cuisines, Pullman Bangkok Power King has announced.

The five-star hotel chain owned by French giant Accor has drawn rave reviews since opening in October 2007, and the grand opening of the Déjà Vu restaurant this month tops off an array of high-end establishments offering the ultimate in food, beverages, and service.

Déjà Vu provides a chic, contemporary ambience with a diverse menu to suit all needs with influences drawn from Asia, the Mediterranean and California. The restaurant bolsters an already impressive line up offered at the Pullman Bangkok.

One of the most popular venues is the WP wine pub -- an eventful evening wine, food and music concept with a show kitchen where patrons can watch professional chefs prepare salads, tapas, mezzes and antipasti right before their eyes. In the background, a DJ spins vinyl with chill out and deep house music set in a warm design, with a spectacular wine fridge located in the middle of the bar.

For those seeking quiet conversation with a fine scotch, Bar Glen is a modern design bar at Pullman Bangkok King Power that showcases a unique single malt selection. Live entertainment relaxes with world renowned piano players and singers performing each night.

Yet another establishment is Cuisine Unplugged -- an all-day dining concept featuring an open kitchen with pizza, pasta, rotisserie, soup and noodle hot-pot, sushi counter and a cold selection with salad. A unique bakery is also situated within the dining area producing home-made fresh breads and croissants. Some of the best dim sum in town is also available.

And for those fixated on traditional Thai cuisine, @ Chaan exemplifies the very best in Thai cooking. Known for its subtle blend of spices, flavors and textures, @ Chaan serves up a wide range of classic Thai delights, including a late supper buffet from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Pullman became synonymous with luxurious, first-class train travel in the U.S. and Europe in the late 1800s when it introduced its sleeper carriage. After Accor purchased the brand name in 1990, Pullman has transformed into a renowned five-star hotel chain. The company aims to open 59 Pullman hotels by the end of 2009.
