Rideau Recognition Solutions Sponsors & Presents at RPI’s 11th Annual Conference

Rideau will be presenting at the Recognition Professionals International Conference between April 27th and 30th

Montreal, Quebec and New York, NY (HRMarketer/PRWeb) April 25, 2008 -- Rideau Recognition Solutions, leader in web based reward and recognition solutions, will be attending, and presenting at the 11th Annual Recognition Professionals International Conference from April 27th to the 30th.

Gordon Green, Rideau’s EVP of Recognition and Reward Strategy, will be instructing attendees on how to engage the Nintendo Generation employee. You must fully understand the rewarded to ensure they actually feel recognized.

To Infinity and Beyond! – Recognition Management Training Beyond the Workshop.
Roy Saunderson, from Rideau’s Recognition Management Institute will be giving his workshop, “To Infinity and Beyond! – Recognition Management Training Beyond the Workshop.” He will be offering his practical tips and tricks to effectively give recognition for increased engagement, productivity and profits.

On top of speaking at the conference, Roy will be launching his new book, GIVING the Real Recognition Way. The book is a how-to on what to do and what not to do for recognition in the workplace. Roy aims to show managers how to effectively reach their employees, and as a happy consequence, how to be more thankful in their everyday life.

Rideau will also be sponsoring speaker gifts, conference bags, USB keys, as well as a recognition cartoon booklet designed to liven any recognition program.

In keeping with Rideau’s Green Philosophy, Rideau has incorporated the environmental theme into all of its RPI items: everything has been made with recycled materials and all paper used has been certified 100 per cent recycled by the Forest Stewardship Council.
