Six Financial Institutions Convert to the Insite Banking System during the first three months of the year

Lincoln, Nebraska (PRWEB) April 10, 2008 -- January 1, 2008 marked the beginning of a successful quarter for Automated Systems, Inc. (ASI). During this quarter, ASI converted six financial institutions across three states to the Insite Core Banking System.

Converting from Precision Computer Systems, Modern Banking Systems, Jack Henry, and Information Technology, Inc., these banks are all looking to improve their institutions' customer service offerings and cost effectiveness by switching to the Insite Banking System.

With the Insite Banking system, we were able to implement several initiatives that were not cost effective with our previous system
Automated Systems, Inc. welcomes these banks:

  • The Corder Bank, Corder, Missouri
  • Farmers and Merchants State Bank, Wakefield, Kansas
  • Exchange State Bank, St. Paul, Kansas
  • Fairview State Banking Company, Fairview, Illinois
  • First Security Bank, Mackinaw, Illinois
  • Bank of Fairport, Fairport, Missouri
In addition to the Insite Banking Core system, these new banks have enhanced their customer service offerings by incorporating many of ASI's ancillary products including Online Banking, Check Imaging, Merchant Capture, Document Imaging and iTeller, image teller solution, into their financial institutions.

"With the Insite Banking system, we were able to implement several initiatives that were not cost effective with our previous system," Gary Jacobs, president of First Security Bank, said of his bank's decision to switch to the Insite Banking System. "Added features, such as an online teller application with imaging, online bill pay, and imaged cash letters, have enhanced customer service and improved backroom efficiency. Through ASI, products and services that were once too expensive, and therefore only available to larger institutions, can now be offered by community banks and at a cost that makes sense."

About the Insite Banking System:
The Insite Banking System application is the leading cost-effective Windows® 2003® based core data processing and office productivity solution for community banks. The Insite Banking System provides users with the flexibility to configure a system that matches their processing needs. All ancillary products - Insite Check Imaging, Insite Internet Banking, Insite Telephone Banking, and Insite Document Imaging - integrate seamlessly with the core banking application and feature real time transaction processing.
