Created for those with discerning tastes, Villa Perezoso offers a pampered experience on par with a private first class resort. Combining the utmost in nature, beauty, and relaxation, Villa Perezoso is the ideal home base for a memorable Costa Rica adventure. In fact, time spent at Villa Perezoso will be memorable in its own right.

Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica (PRWEB) May 12, 2008 -- Named for the property's original resident - a sloth who oversees things from his guarumo tree home - Villa Perezoso promises more than just a blissfully lazy vacation when it opens this summer.

This luxury six-story Balinese home is located just a stone's throw from the sun and surf of Costa Rica's idyllic ocean beaches and just minutes from the pristine rainforests of Manuel Antonio National Park and a dozen other tropical adventures.

Villa Perezoso's onsite managers and staff pay particular attention to detail, providing the kind of exquisite service usually reserved for private five-star hotels. Guests can choose to rent The Penthouse, The Villa or, for larger groups, the entire estate. With a total of five bedrooms, two kitchens and 6,000 square feet of genteel living space, Villa Perezoso provides its guests with all the comforts of home.

The Penthouse, on two levels, comprises 2,500 square feet of living space and features two master suites with breathtaking views, ideal for romance or relaxation. An architecturally designed spiral staircase leads guests to the second-floor crow's nest loft, which opens out onto a private sundeck where they can relax in the Jacuzzi and marvel at nearly 360-degree views of the ocean and the rainforests.

The Villa offers 3,500 square feet of living space on two floors. On the lower level, three master suites each open onto private decks and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The second-floor living areas include an entertainment room, living room, gourmet kitchen, full bath and dining room, all of which share magnificent views of the ocean and jungle. A large terrace overlooks the infinity pool and can be used for outdoor dining.

The staff at Villa Perezoso can arrange an itinerary to match your idea of paradise, whether that means a relaxing swim from crescent-shaped Espadilla Beach, catching the waves at Playitas Beach, communing with monkeys and iguanas in the national park, grabbing hold of a zip line for a birds-eye view of the rainforest, riding on horseback to a mountain waterfall or watching dolphins aboard a catamaran at sunset.

If you'd rather stay closer to home, the staff can accommodate that, too. The luxurious villa is built into a forested hillside, ensuring privacy while also providing stunning views of Costa Rica's Pacific coast. Plug your ipod into one of many docking stations. Arrange for an in-house massage on one of the private decks. Enjoy the sunset from the terrace with cocktails in hand. Chefs can prepare meals to suit your mood, whether it calls for fresh caught fish, the region's abundant tropical fruits, sushi or cocina tipica, Costa Rica's traditional dishes.

Explore the magic of tiny Manuel Antonio, a hilly village (next to the town of Quepos) near the Manuel Antonio national park's entrance. Spend time in its quaint cafes and restaurants, visit the butterfly sanctuary or wander into the national park. Spanish explorer Ponce de Leon landed on its sandy beaches in 1519 and found the same tropical paradise that is a favorite of modern day travelers. Discover the same for yourself when you return to Villa Perezoso's open-air living rooms in time to watch the white faced capuchin monkeys jump and play in the afternoon sun.

Reservations are now being accepted.Introductory rates through November 15 are from $2,700 to $6,000 per week.
