We're excited about the future of this new, stronger and more diverse local company
With a quarter century's experience providing superior real estate services, Seacoast Realty is one of the leading real estate firms in Sussex County. Serving Sea Colony and the surrounding Quiet Resorts since 1972, ResortQuest Delaware is one of the area's top resort real estate, vacation rental and homeowner association management companies. Together, they are the county's leading real estate brokerage.

"We're excited about the future of this new, stronger and more diverse local company," said Patrick A. Davis, ResortQuest Delaware's vice president and general manager. "Seacoast is an established, successful real estate company and we believe it will enhance ResortQuest's presence in this market. With 60 years of combined real estate services experience at the beach and surrounding areas, in complementary markets, we believe the collective relationships of these two great companies will serve our clients and customers well - and offer a strong platform for ResortQuest's future growth in this unique market."

Last year, the two companies combined for 579 transactions in Sussex County - more than any other broker - totaling more than $249.79 million in gross real estate volume, according to the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service.

With the addition of Seacoast's rental inventory, ResortQuest Delaware now represents more than 950 vacation rental properties in Southern Delaware and Ocean City, Md.

ResortQuest Delaware and Seacoast will employ nearly 160 team members year round, growing to 400 in peak summer season, and offers services from 10 offices in southern Delaware, as well as its newly-opened location in Ocean City, Md.
