Creative Environments of Hollywood looks to the future of Los Angeles as it strives to cultivate young developers, helping to insure growth and progress in the city for years to come.
By fostering these young developers, we are insuring our company's stability over the course of time, providing creative loft space for the city of Los Angeles and helping to revitalize communities for years to come

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) June 30, 2008 -- Creative Environments of Hollywood ("CEH") seeks to develop a new generation of Los Angeles by nurturing a multicultural and multigenerational blend of young real estate development professionals.

Founded in 2001 by Gerald Schneiderman and Manuel Meza, CEH specializes in the construction, conversion and rehabilitation of creative commercial, live-work and residential space for the inspired urban tenant. Schneiderman is behind Creative Environments' policy of embracing Los Angeles' young and promising real estate experts and allowing them to have a hands-on approach.

Young executives can be found in every aspect of CEH, like Alec Traub, a 28-year old addition to the CEH team. Since being hired two years ago, he feels he has gotten more experience at CEH than he would have in five years at other firms. From his start as an intern, Alec has been able to expand his role and is working on CEH's Artisan Lofts as a Vice President of Development. He enjoys that the senior members of CEH are eager to share their experience with younger team members, a philosophy that 'trickles down from the top.' Despite his relative youth, Alec has never felt that he has been limited by his age and is glad to be able to learn and grow with CEH.

There's Vice President of Development, Dreau Robbins, who is working on the Spring Naud project, part of the Los Angeles River Revitalization Plan. Dreau, 25, is simultaneously working on four projects and enjoys the hands-on approach CEH allows him to have, which he describes as 'being thrown into the mix.' Although he gets to experience working on his own, he also receives the benefit of mentoring from more experienced CEH employees, including founder Jerry himself.

CEH gives these young developers opportunities other companies do not. They are not just interns or administrative assistants. They get hands-on experience as project managers working on entitlements, architecture, budgets, investor relations, financing and any other area they want to explore.

CEH is working to build its own future from within. "By fostering these young developers, we are insuring our company's stability over the course of time, providing creative loft space for the city of Los Angeles and helping to revitalize communities for years to come," says Zachary Schneiderman, 30 year old Vice President of Finance for CEH.
