New York City Parks Department will host a free concert at Central Park Soundstage in honor of the 25th Anniversary of Video Music Box on Friday, July 18th at 7pm. The performing line-up is being withheld from the public but is expected to feature some of the biggest and most profound names hip-hop history.

Ralph McDaniels, founder and host of the legendary Video Music Box (VMB) television program, has officially launched the Online Network For Urban Media Entertainment Services (ONFUMES). The new site will provide users an interactive web experience with unlimited access to McDaniels' unrivaled collection of over 20,000 hours of hip-hop and R&B videos, never-seen-before interviews and behind-the scenes footage as well as access to up-and-coming urban artists, filmmakers and influential music trends.

"ONFUMES.com was created to unite yesterday's urban music fans and today's contemporary web users under one online social network," explained McDaniels. "To this extent, we also plan to use this site to foster relationships among like-minded artists as well as promote and encourage the talent of our urban youth and future artists.
ONFUMES.com, partly fueled by Ralph's extensive collection of over three decades of music videos, interviews and clips, will be the first and only website to exclusively showcase and pay tribute to the history of hip-hop culture. Unknown artists will be able to use ONFUMES.com to showcase their talents by uploading their music videos, recorded studio sessions, freestyles and other related performance materials. Additionally, ONFUMES will also allow users to upload their own short films, documentaries, animations, student films, world cinema, pilots and comedies.

ONFUMES users will have the ability to take part in hip-hop history by voting on the next hot, new artists and ONFUMES will feature the artists each week that receive the most reviews, both good and bad. Artist with the most positive buzz will interview with McDaniels and have their submission premiere on New York's Channel 25 -- Video Music Box.
From VJ to DJ, Ralph McDaniels, better known as "Uncle Ralph" is a well-established part of the hip-hop culture,creating and launching the first and longest running music video show focused exclusively to an urban market, Video Music Box. Uncle Ralph was the first to televise many of the great hip-hop artists like RUN DMC, Kurtis Blow, LL Cool J, Queen Latifah, Will Smith, among many others.
